The site is located on the south side of Main Plaza Drive, approximately 300 feet west of Wall Street with an address of 909 Main Plaza Dr. 24-39-PZ - Beau Reinberg, applicant on behalf of property owners, Best Box Wentzville MO West Pearce, LLC, are requesting Conditional Use Permit approval to amend an existing CUP for exterior signage modification for Best Box Storage. The site is located on the north side of West Pearce Boulevard, approximately 600 feet east of Lang Tree Drive with an address of 2065 W. Pearce Blvd. (Signage Amendment Only.)
