NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGNotice is hereby given that the Board of Zoning Adjustment of the City of Ellisville will hold a public hearing at the Office of the Ellisville Parks and Recreation Department, Bluebird Park, 225 Kiefer Creek Road, Ellisville, Missouri 63021, on Thursday, May 2, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. to consider the request of Jeff Day & Associates, LLC, on behalf of James and Heather Hamilton, for a variance from the terms of Section 400.210(G) of the Code of the City of Ellisville, Missouri, with respect to the required 30' rear yard setback at the location known and numbered as 16303 Autumn View Terrace Drive, within the "R-1" Single-Family Residential Zoning District of the City of Ellisville, Missouri.
