Notice of Public HearingAn application amending Chapter 50, entitled, "Zoning", of the Raytown Municipal Code, and more specifically, Article 4, entitled "Districts and District Map," specifically for the "Utility, Major," land use is being initiated by the City of Raytown. A public hearing to consider proposed new regulations for major utilities will be held by the Raytown Planning & Zoning Commission at 7:00pm on Thursday, May 2, 2024. A copy of the agenda and packet, including a staff report with the proposed changes, will be available for viewing on the City of Raytown's website, www.raytown.mo.us, on Friday, April 26, 2024. This public hearing will take place in the Council Chambers at Raytown City Hall located at 10000 E. 59th St. Raytown, MO 64133. The Raytown Board of Aldermen will also hold a public hearing to consider this Rezoning application, tentatively scheduled for 7:00pm on Tuesday, June 4, 2024. The public is invited to attend the public hearing to ask questions and provide comments.
