Unit 716-B in Building No. 2 of Parc Arbre Condominiums, Plat One Amended, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 228, Page(s) 9, of the St. Louis County, Missouri, Records, together with the undivided share of common elements and appurtenances thereto belonging, all according to and more particularly described and shown in the Parc Arbre Declaration of Condominium By-Laws and Indentures recorded in Book 7573 Page 1359, and all subsequent Amendments thereof.
For the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness and the cost of executing this trust.
