Case No. PDA-2024-02. (NT Home Builders, LLC) An application for an amendment to the adopted Preliminary Development Plan of the New Town development, specifically to revise the configuration of the blocks/streets associated with Phases 3 and 4 of the Merz Tract (eastern portion). The subject property is a 80.17 acre (more or less) tract of land part of the overall 160.33 acre (more or less) of the Merz Tract generally located at the southern terminus of Rue Royal, which is zoned PD-MU Planned District - Mixed Use District (Ward 8). The applications, maps and plans for the above items, as received from the applicants, are available by the office of the Department of Community Development, 200 North Second Street, St. Charles, Missouri during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
