In addition to being required to comply in all respects with the most current state statutory provisions concerning the payment of prevailing wages, Missouri Division of Labor Standards, Annual Wage Order Number 29, in accordance with chapter 290 in RSMO, and shall pay all workers performing work under the contract, not less than the prevailing hourly wage is as determined by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations of the State of Missouri, the successful bidder, and all subcontractors shall be required to participate in an apprentice training programs approved by the United States Department of Labor. In addition, the successful bidder, and subcontractors, shall recognize and assign work to crafts based upon historical craft jurisdiction.
