NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION CITY OF TOWN AND COUNTRY, MONotice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Town and Country, Missouri will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Center, 1011 Municipal Center Drive, to review a request by Grand Communities, LLC (Fischer Homes), applicant, for approval of a Preliminary Site Development Plan in order to construct Deer Hollow, a 21-unit detached single-family residential community, on 9.816 acres located at 12311/12327/12345 North Forty Drive in a proposed Planned Residential Community (PRC) Zoning District. All interested parties may examine all public documents relating to this matter at the Municipal Center and may appear and be heard at the public hearing.
