NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION CITY OF TOWN AND COUNTRY, MONotice is hereby given that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Town and Country, Missouri will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at 7:00 PM at the Municipal Center, 1011 Municipal Center Drive, 63131, to consider a request by Carlos Iglesias, representing T&C Crossing R2G Owner LLC, owner, for approval of an Amended Final Site Development Plan of the development known as Town and Country Crossing for construction of a remote ATM located at 1000 Town and Country Crossing Drive in the Commercial-Planned Mix Use (C-PMX) Zoning District. The Public Hearing will not be held if the Planning and Zoning Commission determines that the proposed amendment is consistent in purpose and content with the nature of the proposal as originally advertised for public hearing and approved by the Board of Aldermen and is thus deemed to be "not significant".
