The Scope of Work for the Guardrail Project will be available by request and a site visit is preferred but not required. Bid will follow the MoDot "Midwest Guardrail System" and include all labor and materials for the project as well as all other incidental items. The Bid Packet is available at www.festusmo.gov The City of Festus anticipates issuing notice to proceed in May 2024.
