Bid documents are available online at https://www.stcharlescitymo.gov/bids.aspx. Bids are to be returned prior to 3:00 PM, City time, on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 3:00 PM on the first floor of City Hall. For those projects with a total cost of more than $75,000.00, Annual Wage Order No. 30 shall be in effect for the project. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
