The polling places will be open between 6:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. The polls are in compliance with RSMo 115.115.5 which requires polling places to conform to nationally accepted accessibility standards. The ballot for the election shall be in substantially the following form: MAPAVILLE FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT PROPOSITION " PUBLIC SAFETY " Shall the board of directors of the Mapaville Fire Protection District be authorized to levy an additional tax of not more than twenty-five cents on the one hundred dollars assessed valuation to provide funds for the support of the district? FOR THE PROPOSITION AGAINST THE PROPOSITION PROPOSITION: "FIREFIGHTER PENSION" Shall the board of directors of the Mapaville Fire Protection District be authorized to levy an additional tax of not more than five cents on the one hundred dollars assessed valuation to provide funds for the pension program of the district?
