It is anticipated that the Board members and City staff will attend this meeting in person, but they may attend by phone or video conference. Public Hearing(s): Variance Application 24-04-BA, made by Drake Bratcher, applicant and property owner, are requesting a deviation from Article III Supplementary District Regulations - Section 405.490.b.2 Fence Requirements - General fence requirements by zoning classification - Residential areas. The request is to allow a six-foot tall chain link & wood fence and gate forward of the home's front building lines in lieu of a four-foot-tall chain link fence placed behind the 25-foot front building lines as allowed by Wentzville's adopted code. The site is located approximately 690 feet west of Wilmer Road, with an address of 1949 Wilmer Rd. The public hearing date is Thursday, April 11, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. before the Board of Adjustment inside the Board Chambers at City Hall.
