American Towers LLC is proposing to construct a 110-foot tall overall height monopole telecommunications tower at 2115 S River Road, St. Charles, St. Charles County, Missouri (Parcel # 3-0012-S007-00-0028.3000000; 38 44' 51.5" N, 90 30' 42.6" W). The proposed tower is not anticipated to be lit and the tower facility will include a 40-foot by 60-foot lease area and associated easements, along with a 30ft buffer surrounding the lease area. American Towers LLC seeks comments from all interested persons on any potential significant impact the proposed action could have on the quality of the human environment pursuant to 47 C.F.R. Section 1.1307, including potential impacts to historic or cultural resources that are listed or eligible for listing in the National Register of Historic Places.
