PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE VILLAGE OF JOSEPHVILLE, MISSOURINOTICE is hereby given that the Planning & Zoning Commission of the Village of Josephville, Missouri, will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 8, 2024, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at the church annex building located behind St. Joseph Church, 1390 Josephville Rd., Josephville, Missouri. The purpose of the hearing is to receive public comments on the rezoning application submitted by Ralph and Joan Pieper Trust, et al., to change the zoning of approximately 31.55 acres located at 907 Guthrie Rd from A-1 Agricultural to R-1 Single-Family Residential District.
