Public Hearing(s): Variance Application 24-03-BA, made by Keimar Contracting, LLC, applicant on behalf of property owners, Tim and Amy Wagner, are requesting a deviation from Article II District Regulations - Section 405.170.d.5 "R-1A" through "R-1E" Single-Family Residential Districts - Regulations and performance standards - Maximum lot coverage. The request is to allow an increase in the allowable lot coverage from the 35% required by Wentzville's Code to 37.5% to accommodate a proposed deck expansion at the rear of the lot.
