Second Street, St. Charles, Missouri sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash the following described leasehold interest ADJUSTED LOT 4A-2A OF RESUBDIVISION OF ADJUSTED LOT 4A-2 OF ARROWHEAD INDUSTRIAL PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 46 PAGE 62 OF THE SAINT CHARLES COUNTY, MISSOURI RECORDS. The real property is commonly known 30 Gerber Industrial Drive, St. Peters, Missouri 63376. Together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with ditch or irrigation rights); all proceeds (including insurance proceeds); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating to the real property, including without limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters that may now, or at any time in the future, be part of the real estate, to satisfy said indebtedness and costs and the costs of executing this trust.
