NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO THE COUNTY COUNCIL OF ST. LOUIS COUNTY, MISSOURI FOR AN ORDINANCE VACATING A TRACT OF LAND being part of the Larimore Road right of way, varying width, being north of and adjacent to Lots 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Larmor Place, St. Louis County, Missouri.
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 1105.120 St. Louis County Revised Ordinances, 1974, as amended, that a petition for the vacation of the following:
A tract of land being part of the Larimore Road right of way, varying width, being north of and adjacent to Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 of Larmor Place, recorded on May 12, 1926 in Plat Book 22, Page 34 of the St. Louis County Recorder of Deed's Office, in U.S. Survey 112, Township 47 North, Range 7 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, St. Louis County, Missouri,described as follows:
Beginning at a found iron rod at the northwest corner of said Lot 2, thence along the north line of Lot 1 of said Larmor Place S68°-52'-40"W 58.19 ft. to the east right of way line of Bellefontaine Road; thence leaving said line along said east right of way line N09°-39'-11"E 91.69 ft. to the south right of way line of Larimore Road; thence leaving said east right of way line along said south right of way line N68°-52'-40"E 47.78 ft. to a point, thence along a curve deflecting to the left having a radius of 746.78 ft., an arc length of 330.71 ft., a chord bearing of N82°-46'-29"E, a chord distance of 328.02 ft. to a point; thence leaving said south right of way line along the former south right of way line of Larimore Road recorded in said Plat Book 22, Page 34 and the north line of said Lots 2, 3, 4, and 5 S68°-52'-40"W 354.92 ft. to the point of beginning, containing 0.325 acres.
has been filed with the St. Louis County Clerk by BRG NLD BELLEFONTAINE LLC and that all persons interested in the above described easements have thirty (30) days from the date of this publication in which to give notice in writing of their opposition to said petition which shall be filed with the St. Louis County Clerk. After thirty (30) days from the date of this publication, the St. Louis County Council may vacate these easements as described in the petition by ordinance with such restrictions as they may deem for the public good.
