NOTICE OF HEARING
CITY PLAN COMMISSION OF KANSAS CITY, MISSOURI
Tuesday, January 15, 2019
In the Council Chambers on the 26th Floor of City Hall, 414 E. 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri, the City Plan Commission will hold a public hearing commencing at 9:00 a.m. on the following matters:
CD-CPC-2018-00154 -- A request to approve an area plan amendment to the Gashland/Nashua Area Plan by changing the recommended land use classification from Residential Medium Density to Residential Medium-High Density.
CD-CPC-2018-00155 -- A request to approve a rezoning from R-80 (Residential 80) to MPD (Master Planned Development) and approval of a Preliminary Plat to allow for a 257 multi- family townhome and senior living development on about 27 acres generally located at the northeast corner of Missouri Highways 152 and 169.
CD-CPC-2018-00224 -- A request to approve a Council Approved Sign Plan to include two center identification monument signs for Metro North Square Shopping Center on about 36 acres in district B3-2 (Community Business), generally located at 815 NW Barry Road, east of 169 highway and south of NW Barry Road.
CD-SUP-2018-00151 -- A request to approve a Special Use Permit for light equipment sales/rental (outdoor vehicle sales) on approximately 0.8 acres of land located at 701 E Bannister Road in District B3-2 (Community Business), generally located at the southeast corner of Holmes Road and E Bannister Road.
