NOTICE OF HEARING BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT CITY OF KANSAS CITY, MO. Tuesday January 8, 2019 In the Council Chambers on the 26th Floor, 414 E. 12th St., Kansas City, Missouri, the Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a public hearing commencing at 1:00 pm on the following matters: Case No. CD-BZA-2018-11485 - 4030 N Briarcliff Rd.-- A request to approve a special exception to exceed the maximum height of a fence A request to approve a special exception to exceed the maximum height of a fence generally located at the southwest corner of N. Briarcliff Rd and NW 40th Terrace, plus any other necessary variances. Case No. CD-BZA-2018-11486 - 3608 E Roanoke - A request to approve a variance to allow for the construction of a detached garage to be built closer to the street than the principal building on about 0.3 acres generally located at the southwest corner of East Roanoke Drive and West Roanoke Drive, plus any other necessary variances. Case No. CD-BZA-2018-11487 - 4120 Wyoming - A request to approve a variance to the minimum lot area per unit in an R-5 (Residential 5) zoning district on about 0.15 acres generally located on the west side of Wyoming Street between W. 41st Street to the north and W. 42nd Street to the south, plus any other necessary variances. Case No. CD-BZA-2018-11478- 4610- NE 67th St. -A request to approve a variance to the minimum required rear yard setback to allow for a covered deck on about 0.18 acres generally located on the north side of NE 67th Street between N Elmwood Avenue to the west and N Poplar Avenue to the east. Case No. CD-BZA-2018-11480 - 3907 Meadow Ln. - A residential property in zone R-7.5, generally located in between Meadow Lane to the northwest and Kings Highway to the southeast, to consider a variance to the maximum area for detached structures to allow construction of a new garage, plus any other necessary variances. Case No. CD-BZA-2018-11481 - 7812 N. Revere Dr. - A residential property in zone R-6, generally located at a cul-de-sac on the west side of N. Revere Drive in between NW 78th Terrace to the north and NW 78th Street to the south, to consider a variance to the minimum rear setback requirement to allow construction of a porch, plus any other necessary variances. Case No. CD-BZA-2018-11483 - 5819 McGee St. - A residential property in zone R-6, generally located on the east side of McGee Street, in between E. 58th Street to the north and E. 59th Street to the south, to consider a request for a special exception of fence that exceed the maximum height requirement, plus any other necessary variances.
