Notice is hereby given that the City of Lake Saint Louis, Missouri will conduct a public hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, January 3, 2019, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as same may be heard at Lake Saint Louis Civic Center in the Board Room, 200 Civic Center Drive, Lake Saint Louis, Missouri and before the Board of Aldermen on Tuesday, January 22, 2019, at 7:00 PM or as soon thereafter as may be heard at Lake Saint Louis Civic Center in the Board Room, 200 Civic Center Drive, Lake Saint Louis, Missouri:
REQUEST FOR: Preliminary Subdivision Plat, Final Subdivision Plat and Site Plan Review

Site Area: 0.71 acres
Proposal: Subdivision of Adjusted Lot 2B into two lots, and construction of a 4,950-square-foot multi-tenant commercial building which will contain a 1,950-square-foot Imo's restaurant and 3,000 square feet of retail space.
Property Location: West of Technology Drive, northeast of Interstate 64, south of Lake Saint Louis Boulevard
