NOTICE OF HEARING CITY OF TOWN AND COUNTRY, MO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Town and Country, Missouri, will hold a Public Hearing on WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 28, 2018 at 6:00 PM at the Municipal Center, 1011 Municipal Center Drive, 63131, on the following application(s): 1. Case No. 18-08 On the request of Richard Salmon, owner, for a variance from Section 405.430.B.4. of the Zoning Regulations regarding the minimum side yard setback requirement. The variance is necessary in order to relocate existing pool equipment in relation to a home addition project, as shown on the submitted plans, located at 13321 Kings Glen Drive in the Suburban Estate (SE) Zoning District. 2. Case No. 18-09 On the request of Richard Salmon, owner, for variances from Section 405.430.B.4. of the Zoning Regulations regarding the minimum side yard setback requirements and Section 405.345.A.16. regarding front facing garages. The variances are necessary in order to construct a front-facing, detached garage, as shown on the submitted plans, located at 13321 Kings Glen Drive in the Suburban Estate (SE) Zoning District. 3. Case No. 18-10 On the request of Alison and Josh Nadaud, owners, for a variance from Section 405.430.B.6. of the Zoning Regulations regarding the minimum greenspace requirement. The variance is necessary in order to construct a sport court in the rear of the property, as shown on the submitted plans, located at 1150 Highland Pointe in the Suburban Estate (SE) Zoning District. 4. Case No. 18-11 On the request of John Brown with Deck and Patio Living, owner's representative, on behalf of Jim and Lisa Engelhard, owners, for a variance from Section 405.430.B.6. of the Zoning Regulations regarding the minimum greenspace requirement. The variance is necessary in order to construct a patio addition in the rear of the property, as shown on the submitted plans, located at 13541 Weston Park Drive in the Suburban Estate (SE) Zoning District. All documents are available for review at the Municipal Center, Office of the City Clerk, during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
