NOTICE OF FILING FOR APPLICATION OF CERTIFICATE OF LEGAL NONCONFORMANCE RE: 3300 Main St File#: CD-CLN-2018-22562 Notice is hereby given that an affidavit has been filed with the City of Kansas City, Missouri, to establish legal nonconformance for use as indicated below for the above described properties in accordance with Section 88-610 of the Zoning Ordinance; The continued use of the property as a Car Wash. The car wash use is a non-conforming use within the Main Street Corridor Overlay District in a B 4-5 zoned District.
