NOTICE OF HEARING BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENT CITY OF KANSAS CITY, MO. Tuesday, November 13, 2018 In the Council Chambers on the 26th Floor, 414 E. 12th St., Kansas City, Missouri, the Board of Zoning Adjustment will hold a public hearing commencing at 1:00 pm on the following matters: CD-BZA-2018-11461 - 1263 Stratford Road - A residential property generally located on the southeast corner of Stratford Road and State Line Road, to consider a request for a variance to the minimum platted build line in the street side yard to allow for construction of a detached garage, plus any other necessary variances. CD-BZA-2018-11462 - 716 W 44th Ter. - A residential property in zone R-6, generally located at the north side of W 44th Ter. in between Summit St. and Jefferson St. to consider a request for variances to required area and height of a proposed detached accessory structure, and variances to required setbacks of the existing primary structure, plus any other necessary variances. CD-BZA-2018-11468 - 1625 W 50th St. - A residential property in zone R-6, generally located on the south side of W 50th St. between State Line Rd. and Wyoming St. to consider a request for a variance to the minimum side setback requirement, plus any other necessary variances. CD-BZA-2018-11469- 1101 E. Bannister-- About 2 acres generally located on the south side of E. Bannister Rd. between Holmes Rd. to the west and Lydia Avenue to the east, to consider an appeal to the determination that an existing pole sign has been deemed abandoned and must be removed. Case No. CD-BZA-2018-11470 - 1601 Prospect Ave - A request for rehearing on Case No. CDBZA-2018-11451 (1601 Prospect Avenue) originally heard by the Board of Zoning Adjustment on September 11, 2018, to consider a request for a special exception to the fencing requirements to allow for an 8 foot tall chain link fence within 150 feet of a boulevard.
