In Re: Steven Backlund and April Backlund, Husband and Wife TRUSTEE'S SALE - For default under the terms of the Deed of Trust executed by Steven Backlund and April Backlund, Husband and Wife, dated April 13, 2017, recorded on April 24, 2017 as Document No. 2017R-012056, Office of the Recorder of Deeds, Jefferson County, Missouri, the undersigned Successor Trustee will on Tuesday, November 27, 2018, at 10:00 AM at the South Rear Door of the Jefferson County Courthouse, 300 Second Street, in Hillsboro, Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash: Parcel 1: All that part of Lot One (1) of the Northeast quarter of Section Four (4), Township Thirty-nine (39) North, Range Six (6) East, Jefferson County, Missouri described as follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 1 and running thence West along the North line thereof of the northeast corner of a 10 acre tract conveyed by Margaret Starr to George Saxton and wife by deed dated April 22, 1943 and recorded in Book 153 page 319; thence South along the East line of said Saxton tract 272 feet to the North line of the County Road; thence Northeastwardly along the North line of said road to the East line of said Lot 1; thence North along said East line to the place of beginning, being the same land conveyed by Edmond James Burley and wife to Earnest H. Thompson and wife by deed dated May 29, 1951 and recorded in Book 197, page 568 Parcel 2: All that part of the West half of Lot Two (2) of the Northwest Quarter of Section Three (3) and the East half of Lot Two (2) of the Northwest Quarter of Section Four (4), Township Thirty-nine (39), Range Six (6) East, Jefferson County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the West line of Highway No. 25 with the South line of Lot Two (2) of the Northwest quarter of said Section 3; thence along the West line of said highway in a Northerly direction to a point 200 feet North at right angle from the South line of said Lot 2; thence West 430 feet; thence South 200 feet to the South line of said Lot Two (2) of the Northwest quarter of said Section Four (4) thence East 650 feet, more or less, to the place of beginning.
