NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING City of St. Charles, Missouri PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 6th day of November, 2018, at 7:00pm at 200 N. 2nd Street, St. Charles, Missouri 63301, the City Council of the City of St. Charles, Missouri (the "City Council") will hold a public hearing pursuant to the Community Improvement District Act, Sections 67.1401 through 67.1571 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, as amended. The purpose of said hearing is to consider the approval by the City Council of a petition (the "Petition") to establish the 501 South Main Street Community Improvement District (the "District"). The Petition was filed with the office of the City Clerk of the City of St. Charles on the 9th day of October, 2018. The boundaries of the District are described generally as: the northern property line of the parcel commonly known as 515 S. Main St. to the South, the eastern property lines of the parcels commonly known as 514 S. 2nd Street and 500 S. 2nd Street to the West, Tompkins Street to the North, and S. Main Street to the East. A complete legal description of the District is contained in the Petition. A map of the District is shown below. All interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard at this public hearing. A copy of the Petition is on file with the Office of the City Clerk and is available for review by any interested party during regular business hours at the Office of the City Clerk at 200 N. 2nd Street, St. Charles, Missouri 63301.
