NOTICE OF APPROVAL FOR CERTIFICATE OF LEGAL NONCONFORMANCE RE: 3940-42 Holmes St. File#: 4212 Be it known henceforth that a Certificate of Legal Nonconformance is hereby approved for use as indicated below for the above-described property in accordance with Section 88-615 of the Zoning Ordinance.
