Board of Adjustment of the City of Brentwood- City
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Adjustment of the City of Brentwood will hold a Public Hearing at Brentwood City Hall, 2348 S. Brentwood Blvd., on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 7:00 P.M. on the following appeals:
1. The appeal of Paul N. Tice and Nancy Parker from Section 400.1330.D.3.b of the Brentwood Code of Ordinances pertaining to the required minimum 25-foot front yard setback requirement for a principal structure in the "B" Single-Family Residential District for property located at 2301 Parkridge Avenue.
2. The appeal of Madge 3 LLC from Section 400.1320.D.3.b of the Brentwood Code of Ordinances pertaining to the required minimum 8-foot side yard setback requirement for a principal structure in the "A" Single-Family Residential District for property located at 9121 Madge Avenue.
Copies of all plans and submittal documents are available for review in the Department of Planning and Development at 2348 S. Brentwood Blvd. between the hours of 8 A.M. and 5 P.M. Monday through Friday. Interested members of the public are encouraged to attend and comment on the matter under consideration.
