NOTICE OF APPROVAL FOR CERTIFICATE OF LEGAL NONCONFORMANCE RE: 3100 Main ST FILE: #4208 Be it known henceforth that a Certificate of Legal Nonconformance is hereby approved for use as indicated below for the above-described property in accordance with Section 88-615 of the Zoning Ordinance: To allow a self-storage warehouse on the ground and 2nd floor only, and outdoor vehicle display/storage and equipment rental in a district zoned B-4.5 that is within the Main Corridor overlay district. This use is first allowed in district zoned B-4.5 outside of an overlay district. The approval does not include sale and storage of propane tanks. Presently there is no storage and sale of propane tanks. The present zoning of this property is B-4.5.
