NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
18-73-PZ - Mustafa Ajruloski, applicant on behalf of the property owner, AMCMA, LLC is requesting a Conditional Use Permit approval for Liquor by the Drink, for Wentzville Family Diner. The site is located on the west side of Luetkenhaus Boulevard with an address of 403 Luetkenhaus Blvd.
18-76-PZ - Mac's Convenience Stores, LLC, applicant on behalf of the property owner, KAPB LLC- Land Series, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit approval for Outdoor Storage and Display of Merchandise, for Circle K. The site is located on the southeast corner of Peine Road and Granville Drive.
18-78-PZ - City of Wentzville, applicant and property owner, is requesting approval of the October 2018 Comprehensive Plan. This Plan (with accompanying maps, charts and descriptive explanatory matter) seeks to guide and accomplish the coordinated physical development of the City in accordance with existing and future needs. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION ITEM ONLY.
The public hearing dates are Tuesday, October 2, 2018 at 6 p.m. before the Planning and Zoning Commission and again on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 6 p.m. before the Board of Aldermen and will be held in the City Hall Board Chambers at 1001 Schroeder Creek Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385.
The City of Wentzville invites all interested parties the opportunity to give written and/or oral comment on public matters. The applications and documentation concerning the above requests are available for review at the Community Development Department, 1001 Schroeder Creek Blvd. during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
