CITY OF WENTZVILLE MAY 1, 2018 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS 18-28-PZ - 107 Third, LLC, applicant and property owner, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to expand Liquor by the Drink and Live Entertainment for Friendship Brewing Company, LLC. The site is located on the southwest corner of Pitman Avenue and Whitehead Street, with an address of 107 E. Third Street. 18-31-PZ - Home Depot, applicant and property owner, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit to amend of current approval to allow Outdoor Storage and Display of Merchandise for Home Depot. The site is located on the east side of Wentzville Parkway, approximately 1,000 feet north of W. Pearce Blvd., with an address of 1920 Wentzville Parkway. 18-32-PZ - Ken Kothe, applicant and property owner, is requesting a Rezoning of 4.32 acres, more or less, from C-2 General Commercial to A - Agricultural. The site is located on the east side of Prairie Wind Drive, approximately 900 feet north of Wentzville Parkway, with an address of 558 Prairie Wind Drive. 18-35-PZ - Payne Family Homes, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Corporate Group is requesting an Amended Final Development Plan to amend of the Lot Coverage Percentage for Pinewoods Estates. The development is located on the south side of Interstate Drive, approximately 1,600 feet east of Hepperman Road. 18-36-PZ - Sakura Hibachi & Sushi, applicant on behalf of the property owner, ACC Properties, LLC, are requesting a Conditional Use Permit for Liquor by the Drink for Sakura Hibachi and Sushi. The site is located on the north side of W. Pearce Blvd., approximately 550 feet east of Bank Drive, with an address of 1119 W. Pearce Blvd. 18-38-PZ - Peine 240, LLC, applicant and property owner, is requesting an Amended Preliminary Development Plat to be known as Westhaven. The site is located on the north side of Peine Road, approximately 400 feet west of Stewart Springs Drive. In addition, said property is also west of the intersection of Peine Road and Peine Woods Drive. 18-39-PZ - Lombardo Homes, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Peine 240, LLC is requesting an Amended Preliminary Development Plan for Autumn Knoll. The site is located on the west side of Peine Road, approximately 600 feet north of Somerset Manor Drive and adjacent to the north of Autumn Trace Parkway. The public hearing dates are Tuesday, May 1, 2018 at 6 p.m. before the Planning and Zoning Commission and again on Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at 6 p.m. before the Board of Aldermen and will be held in the City Hall Board Chambers at 1001 Schroeder Creek Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385. The City of Wentzville invites all interested parties the opportunity to give written and/or oral comment on public matters. The application and documentation concerning the above requests are available for review at the Community Development Department, 1001 Schroeder Creek Blvd. during regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
