In re: APOLONIO CHICAS and GLADIS OSORTO NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE'S SALE For default in the payment of the debt and performance of the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust executed by APOLONIO CHICAS and GLADIS OSORTO dated February 26, 2011 and recorded in Volume 2011R, Page 08091, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Jefferson County, Missouri, on 3/09/2011, the undersigned Successor Trustee will at the request of the holder of said debt, on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. commencing at 1:00 p.m. at the North Front Door of the Jefferson County Courthouse in the City of Hillsboro in the said County of Jefferson, Missouri, sell at vendue to the highest bidder for cash the property specifically listed below which is a unit and part of Timber Creek Resort, which is described as follows: A 1.923% undivided interest as tenant-in-common in Unit No. 0036 (the "Unit"), Timber Creek Resort, Phase 1, a vacation ownership project in Jefferson County, Missouri, according to the Amended and Restated Declaration of Restrictions, Covenants, and Conditions for Timber Creek Resort, Jefferson County, Missouri, dated November 30, 2000 and recorded in Volume 1033, Page 513, Real Property Records of Jefferson County, Missouri, on December 5, 2000, and Supplemental Declaration (if any) recorded in Volume N/A, Page N/A, Deed Records of Jefferson County, Missouri, as supplemented and amended from time to time (the "Declaration"), together with the exclusive right to occupy the Unit during Use Period Number(s) 01, as said Use Period is defined in the Declaration, upon and subject to all of the terms, restrictions, covenants, conditions and provisions in the Declaration (the "Property") To satisfy said debt and costs.
