17-62-PZ - Wilmer Valley Investments, LLC, applicant and property owner, is requesting an Amended Final Development Plan for revised home elevations for Manors at Wilmer Valley Village C. The site is located on the east and west sides of Wilmer Valley Drive, approximately 500 feet south of Wilmer Ridge Drive.
17-63-PZ - Carey Dulle, applicant on behalf of the property owner, AMCMA, LLC, is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for Liquor by the Drink, Live Entertainment and Indoor Gaming for Lone Wolf Saloon. The site is located on the west side of Luetkenhaus Blvd. adjacent to the west of Jack Ray Park Drive, with an address of 405 Luetkenhaus Blvd.
17-64-PZ and 17-64A-PZ - Peine Valley, LLC, applicant and property owner, is requesting a Rezoning of 6.00 acres more or less, from A - Agricultural to PD-R Planned Development Residential. The site is located at the northern terminus of Providence Ridge Drive.

The public hearing dates are Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. before the Planning and Zoning Commission and again on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. before the Board of Aldermen. Both hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room Chambers, 310 W. Pearce Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385.
The City of Wentzville invites all interested parties the opportunity to give written and/or oral comment on public matters. Fourth St., during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
