CITY OF WENTZVILLE JULY 5, 2017 PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS 17-55-PZ - Brookshire Creek Homeowners Association, applicant and property owner, is requesting an Amended Final Development Plan for Brookshire Creek Landscape Buffer. The site is located on the east side of Mexico Road approximately 2,000 feet north of Highway. 17-56-PZ - City of Wentzville, applicant and property owner, is requesting a Text Amendment in Multi-Family Zoned areas to require recycling. 17-58-PZ and 17-58A-PZ - Pearce Partners, LLC, applicant and property owner, is requesting a Rezoning of 4.799 acres more or less, from C-3 Highway Commercial to PD-MXD Planned Development Mixed Use. The site is located on the southwest and southeast corner of Quail Bluff Manor Drive and Interstate Drive. Preliminary Development Plan - St. Luke's Tract Engineer: Bax Engineering Developer: Pearce Partners, LLC 17-61-PZ - Qiana Williams, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Victor Miller is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for Quality Mind's Child Care Center. The site is located on the west side of Ellerman Road, approximately 500 feet south of Pitman Avenue, with an address of 710 N. Ellerman Rd. The public hearing dates are Wednesday, July 5, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. before the Planning and Zoning Commission and again on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. before the Board of Aldermen. Both hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room Chambers, 310 W. Pearce Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385. The City of Wentzville invites all interested parties the opportunity to give written and/or oral comment on public matters. The application and documentation concerning the above request is available for review at the Community Development Department, 200 E. Fourth St., during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
