SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE'S SALE - Default having been made in the payment of certain monthly installments on a Note described in and secured by Deed of Trust executed by Dustin Gunter, a single person, dated June 24, 2016, and recorded on June 27, 2016 as Instrument No. 2016E0056716 in which Promissory Note and Deed of Trust were modified by recorded agreements recorded June 8, 2016 as Instrument No. 2017E0051383 and June 8, 2017 as Instrument No. 2017E0051384, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of JACKSON, State of Missouri; the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note, who has elected to declare the entire indebtedness due and payable, will on July 10, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at the South front door of the Jackson County Courthouse Annex, 308 W. Kansas Ave., Independence, Missouri, sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash, the following real estate described in said Deed of Trust and situated in the County of JACKSON, State of Missouri, to wit;
Lot 624, FAR VIEW HEIGHTS (LOTS 495 THROUGH 723 INCLUSIVE), a subdivision in Independence, Jackson County, Missouri.
Together with all improvements thereon known and numbered as 18512 E 5th St N, Independence, MO, 64056, for the purpose of satisfying said indebtedness, the costs of executing this trust, and the present taxes, if any, due and paid by the holder.
