NOTICE OF SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE'S SALE
For default in the payment of indebtedness secured by a certain Deed of Trust, Assignment of Rents and Security Agreement ("Deed of Trust") dated January 1, 2007, executed by Derrick Thomas Academy Charter School, Inc., a Missouri not-for-profit corporation to Victor T. Zarrilli of Jackson County, Missouri as trustee for UMB Bank, a national association bank, as Trustee for the Loan and Trust Agreement dated January 1, 2007, for the $10,070,000 The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Kansas City, Missouri Revenue Bonds, Series 2007A, and $545,000 The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Kansas City, Missouri Revenue Bonds, Series 2007B, as filed for record on January 11, 2007 in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Jackson County, Missouri, at Instrument Number 2007E0004717, as may have been thereafter amended or modified, the undersigned Successor Trustee will, at the instance of the current and legal Bondholder Trustee, Wilmington Trust, N.A., on June 19, 2017, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., at 2:00 p.m., at the North front door of the Jackson County Courthouse, 415 E. 12th Street, Kansas City, Missouri, sell at public vendue, to the highest bidder for cash, to satisfy said debt and costs, the following real property, to-wit:

Subject to all public and private roads and easements.
