City of Wentzville April 4, 2017 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting Notice Of Public Hearings 17-19-PZ - CBRE, applicant on behalf of the property owner, Swantnerville Real Estate, LLC, is requesting Conditional Use Permit approval for Outdoor Storage for Johnson Controls. The site is located on the west side of Swantnerville Drive, approximately 500 feet south of Veterans Memorial Parkway, with an address of 1521 Swantnerville Drive. 17-21-PZ - LK Property II, LLLP, applicant and property owner, is requesting a Rezoning of 25.97 acres, more or less, from PD-R Planned Development Residential to R-1D Single Family Residential. The site is located on the north and south of Great Oaks Blvd., approximately 600 feet west of Timber Trace Crossing. 17-23-PZ - Timely Disbursements, Inc./Timely Disbursements Pension and Profit Sharing Plan, applicant and property owner, is requesting a Rezoning of 8.18 acres, from I-2 Heavy Industrial to R-1E Single Family Residential. The site is located on the northwest corner of Mexico Road and Love Park Lane. 17-26-PZ – Menards, Inc., applicant on behalf of the property owner, Brune Family, LP, is requesting a Rezoning of 33.44 acres, more or less from A- Agricultural to C-3 Highway Commercial. The site is located on the northeast corner of Wentzville Parkway and William Dierberg Drive. 17-28-PZ - Menards, Inc., applicant on behalf of the property owner, Brune Family, LP, is requesting Conditional Use Permit approval for Outdoor Storage and Display of Merchandise for Menards. The site is located on the northeast corner of Wentzville Parkway and William Dierberg Drive. 17-31-PZ - Bill Davis Inc., applicant on behalf of the property owner, Johnny Maze, is requesting Conditional Use Permit approval for Outdoor Storage for Maze Collision Repair. The site is located on the south side of E. Pitman Avenue approximately 3,500 feet east of N. Ellerman Road, with an address of 2530 E. Pitman Avenue. 17-32-PZ - Family and Friendship, LLC, applicant and property owner, is requesting Conditional Use Permit approval for Live Entertainment for Friendship Brewery. The site is located on the southwest corner of Pitman Avenue and Whitehead Street with an address of 100 Pitman Avenue. The public hearing dates are Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. before the Planning and Zoning Commission and again on Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at 6:00 p.m. before the Board of Aldermen. Both hearings will be held in the City Hall Council Room Chambers, 310 W. Pearce Blvd., Wentzville, MO 63385. The City of Wentzville invites all interested parties the opportunity to give written and/or oral comment on public matters. The application and documentation concerning the above requests are available for review at the Community Development Department, 200 E. Fourth St., during regular business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
